Aspect reviews the customer processes & documentation, customer preferences, scopes of work, site visit reviews, then programs the system components to meet those needs.  Programs are clearly documented and designed for after start-up troubleshooting.

Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's)

PLC's are a very cost effective and flexible controls option. Aspect programs several platforms of PLC's: Allen Bradley, Automation Direct, GE-Fanuc, Modicon, Siemens, and more.

Operator Interface

Aspect generates clean and easy to use Operator Interface display panels. Color touch displays, keypad displays, or annunciator displays are excellent options for easy human-to-machine use.

SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition)

SCADA is an excellent way to control, monitor, trend, and datalog many system components & processes at one time. Aspect configures, creates, and programs easy to use control screens, PID screens, trending screens, & datalogging screens. 

Components

Aspect programs & configures process controllers, chart recorders, variable frequency drives, autodialers, and many more industrial components.

At the end of the project, the customer receives a soft copy of all programs.

Involvement in the pollution control arena requires data retrieval, many times in remote areas.  Aspect uses several platforms for datalogging, remote control, and remote retrieval of data.  Off-site personnel can view or control systems remotely (based on password access).
