Electrical Design

One of the most critical components of any project is the design phase.  Aspect
reviews the customer processes & documentation, customer preferences, scopes
of work, site visit reviews, then determines the most efficient and cost effective
solution to the controls need.

All electrical designs follow the latest National Electric Code standards and good
industrial electrical engineering practices.  Designs can follow any standard when
specified: hazardous location, industrial appliances, UL508A, NFPA 86...etc.

Design Package
A typical electrical design package may include any or all of the following items:

  • Electrical Schematics
        - drawings generated in AutoCadLT 2006 & PDF format
        - size A (8.5"x11") or size B (11"x17") standard, larger drawing sizes    
          available
        - motor circuit wiring, control circuit diagrams, low voltage diagrams, panel  
          layout, & terminal layouts
  • Bill of Materials
  • Operating Logic Sequence
  • O&M Manuals
  • Component manuals & datasheets

At the end of the project, the customer typically receives 1 hard copy of the
electrical package and 1 copy of the electrical package on CD.  More copies are
available for a fee.
